Step 2 ... click on Driver Profile belowPlymouth City Council current policy requires a driver who holds current penalty points on their licence to undergo a driver profile before attending minibus/PMV driver training. The 2 hour driver profile comprises completion of a self assessment questionnaire followed by a 1 1/2 hour practical, on-road training and assessment session. The self assessment questionnaire is designed to illuminate the driver's previous driving experience and their self-perception as a driver. The questions will be used (in confidence) to tailor the following practical session. All driver profiles are arranged on an individual basis at a location to suit the delegate. All trainers are highly qualified Approved Driving Instructors and training takes place in the trainer's vehicle. Training is carried out in a friendly atmosphere with the aim of maximising the probability of a successful outcome during assessment.
